Missing Marquee Shards Packs

I've tried contacting EA support and EA help about this and they have been less than unhelpful so here I am. On both the PC client and iOS I am not able to see or purchase the marquee character shard packs that you can buy with crystals for R5-D4 or any other marquee character. I am almost certain this is an issue with my account because I can log in to my alt account on the same device on the same network connection and they appear in the store as normal. Can someone please let me know what steps I need to take in order to fix this issue, as I am also missing out on May the 4th rewards because of this. I have included a screenshot of what my store looks like on the account with the issues just for reference.

    Same here, lasting almost three weeks already. Here (and in a lot of accounts) that's related with the accounts being from Brazil. Because of a new law ("Lei Felca") in the country the game become forbidden to sell a lot of things to minors. However, instead of add an age verifier tool in the game (as basically all the other games did), they decided that was easier to remove these features in all the country, to minors and legals. In those three weeks we have no answers from CG about this issue till now, and I'm quitting the game because of that. If you're not from Brazil, I heard that something similar is happening in Belgium, but I can't check on that. Now, the weird thing in your case is that your other account don't have those problems.

    Yes, we have a law in belgium that forbid online casino like game, so a lot of gatcha games and other are banned from belgium...
