Missing new player rewards after buying hyperdrive bundle

Summarize your bug Hi so I just started 2 weeks ago and have been having a blast. I am currently doing sort of an executor rush and have been grinding for the requirements. I noticed an article (https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/270720/changes-coming-to-the-new-player-experience) that basically says that I should be getting these quests for certain units. In the sample picture, stuff like the tie bomber, x1 advanced, bossk and dengar would be included. However, when I got my hyperdrive bundle, it didn’t give me their shards. Instead I had to grind them all on my own. Is there a fix? I tried contacting the ingame support but they dont seem to understand. Here are some screenshots of some of the units:
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just bought the hyperdrive bundle and elevated to lvl 85 instantly. Didn’t get compensated for missing rewards as stated above.

Attached are images from the article along with some of the units that are listed in the image but nit actually in my account… it would take weeks of grinding to even get to that point. I got all the shards for these characters solely on my own grind and started from 0 when I should’ve gotten it from quests, etc.

Side note, quests dont reward these shards either…

Some quests were missing maximum level requirements when released on June 6th. This was adjusted with a hotfix. Affected players received make-good with Hotfix 6/18 and Update 6/20.

Based on our information, all quests and content were fixed and we have no other open issues.

I didn't get any quests that gave me the missing shards though... I can ss the quests section if u want. All I care about is the tie advanced since those are really hard to come by...

@NinjaLabRatt I think I found the issue. However, I need to check with studio first. I'll give you an update as soon as I have an answer.

The following units were added to the Hyperdrive bundle with the last update on June 20. You purchased the Hyperdrive bundle on the 12th of June. This is why TIE Advance and TIE Bomber are locked on your account.

Will they be given to me? I didn’t know that when buying it, I would miss out on those units… had i known, i wouldve waited. Plus it was only like a week. Is it possible to add the shards to my account please? Thank you!

@NinjaLabRatt It just feels unfair that I missed out on plenty of crucial units when I paid for the same product merely a week before. I’d understand if it was a long time before or something but it was only a week so I hope u guys take this into consideration. Thanks

@NinjaLabRatt Unfortunately, the characters were not part of the bundle when you purchased it. They were added on the 20th of June.

I get that but is it not possible to just compensate and give me the shards? Especially since I joined the game only a week earlier. The tie advanced and tie bomber and rex are mainly the ones that I really care about since the rest, I have bought/grinded on my own…

I was under level 85 when the new player experience quests dropped in but I wasn't able to complete them at the time due to lack of energy, when I opened the game the next day the quests were gone and only 2 quests remain, one was claim 1200 cantina energy and one was slice mods, I got to level 85 because of this but I never got the other quests nor the shards that came with them especially ships, my guildmates are getting 80 shards for ships like slave 1 and characters like bossk and I'm here getting nothing, please look into this,

When will rewards be distributed to players who reached lvl 85 after May 22nd?
