Missing new player rewards after buying hyperdrive bundle

Summarize your bug Hi so I just started 2 weeks ago and have been having a blast. I am currently doing sort of an executor rush and have been grinding for the requirements. I noticed an article (https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/270720/changes-coming-to-the-new-player-experience) that basically says that I should be getting these quests for certain units. In the sample picture, stuff like the tie bomber, x1 advanced, bossk and dengar would be included. However, when I got my hyperdrive bundle, it didn’t give me their shards. Instead I had to grind them all on my own. Is there a fix? I tried contacting the ingame support but they dont seem to understand. Here are some screenshots of some of the units:
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just bought the hyperdrive bundle and elevated to lvl 85 instantly. Didn’t get compensated for missing rewards as stated above.

Attached are images from the article along with some of the units that are listed in the image but nit actually in my account… it would take weeks of grinding to even get to that point. I got all the shards for these characters solely on my own grind and started from 0 when I should’ve gotten it from quests, etc. 

Side note, quests dont reward these shards either…
