Summarize your bug I had just completed tier 6 of the emperor’s demise event, when I got a popup asking me to restart my client right after I defeated the last opponent. I restarted it and when I came back, I had been moved onto tier 7, but I did not have any of the rewards (Shards, Credits, and Crystals).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Possibly wait until after the rewards are given during a battle to request restarts.

I had just beat tier 6 of emperor’s demise when I got a popup telling me to restart my client. When I did it and went back to the event, it moved me to tier 7, but did not give me any of the shards, credits, or crystals.
