Missing purchase

I purchased both Acuman Datacron power vault from webstore, both were in my game inbox. I claimed the first one and upgraded a focus datacron (fdc) but ran out materials so I went to my inbox and claimed 2nd Acumen datacron vault, when I went to upgrade my fdc, I still didn't have enough materials to continue upgrading my fdc. Please help
