Weak Point Data Disc

Can anyone confirm that the weak point data disc is working as intended after the update. In conquest it seems like it is not hitting near hard enough because it is not factoring in all the debuffs on all characters like it says it should.

    Yeah i also feel it is bugged. My bad batch where hitting for like 1,000 at R5 after 5+ minutes in the battle with 100's of debuffs and aoe attacks out at that point. 100% bugged.
