Missing relic'd Ewoks from bundle

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I bought the C3PO bundle, and when I went to claim it ingame, my game crashed. When I went back my inbox was empty, and I didn't have the ewoks at all. I tried the 'restore purchases' button on my phone (I couldn't find it on pc) many times and it didn't work at all.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account/inventory and you'll see that I dont have any of the relic'd ewoks
