Missing rewards crate
I didn't get the red rewards crate from the latest conquest.

So you claim you bought the pass and collected rewards along the way to red, but you don't have any of her shards from the path, or from the scavenger...? I'm confused lol Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there 15 - 25 shards of the newest toon on the path?
Maybe I'm confused. I thought we get rewarded the red crate if we make it to the end of the path, which I did. And based on my inventory I didn't receive any Jocasta shards either.
By end of path, you mean the keycard path, or you beat the S5 boss?
I dont mean this as insulting, i just can't tell if you have done a conquest before, so apologies if you have, not trying to be condescending.
If you get 630 keycards (assuming you did hard,) by doing feats and battles, you get the red crate. You get the reward in your inbox at the end of conquest, so check there and claim it if you haven't (hopefully it hasn't expired.)
Can you drop your ally code please, so hopefully EA_Gunner can give some insight.
