Missing rewards crate

No disrespect taken… I’m still learning the game even after playing for almost a year.  Any help is appreciated.  
I have done conquests before but maybe don’t have a good understanding.  My ally code is 597-463-416

I haven't tested the theory, but if you hadn't been collecting the bottom rewards on the reward track, they should be sent out at the end of conquest as a separate mail, assuming it works like unclaimed raid rewards. I imagine the top row rewards would be the same. They may have expired in your inbox by now, but did you see anything after conquest ended in your inbox?

I was able to collect both rows along the way,  just didn’t get the crate at the end.  I gave it over 24 hours to see if it was just me being impatient but it never came to my inbox.
