Missing rewards for Young Lando marquee event

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I noticed that I am missing the 25 shards for Young lando from the marquee event from a couple months ago. There is no chance that I missed the final tier of the event as all my other characters released at this time were all at the correct shard count for marquee rewards. I am short 25 shards on young lando but on no other characters from this release period.
