How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I completed all tiers of the Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker event but am missing 40 character shards following a crash on completion of Tier IV that left the tier completed without awarding the shards. Repeating the tier doesn’t resolve the issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can observe on my account that all tiers are complete but I have only 290 of the 330 shards required to unlock the character, I am missing the 40 shards that should have been awarded on completion of Tier IV of the event.
