Missing rewards

Question

I have been sent here by the help desk because I am missing rewards from the last galactic challenge. The missing rewards were for completing the mission with an undersized squad. I did this several times including the top tier but didn't receive a credit for any. I only used two reinforcements to complete the mission as for some reason it blocked me calling the third reinforcement anyway. My lineup was Executrix, Tie Bomber, Tie fighter, Tie Advanced, Tie Defender, Tie Interceptor and the Emperor's Shuttle which was the unit unable to be reinforced.

I was asked for a screenshot which is something that is beyond me as I suffer from PTSD and anything like that melts my brain 😁

I don't know how they could help anyway as a victory screen shot wouldn't mean anything. My fleet was more than strong enough to complete the mission with abilities pretty much maxed out and relic level pilots on several ships. First time I have ever had issues with the game.

To get the undersized squad in a fleet challenge you can't take ANY reinforcements at all.&nbsp; You can only use three ships total (not counting the capital ship).

I take it this is where the help desk sends people when they don't want to deal with an issue. I will definitely be thinking twice before spending anymore money on this game.&nbsp;

Now that makes sense and I'll hold my hands and say I missed where it said that. It should have been easy enough for EA to explain at the time and I could have at least claim some of the rewards.
