Missing Shards for General Anakin Skywalker

Hello! First time posting here. I finished the General Anakin Skywalker event two weeks ago and didn't receive the final shards in order to unlock him. I've been stuck in customer service purgatory for the past two weeks as well, through the 'help' button in the game. So now I'm trying my hand at using the forums.
