Missing shards from Jaxxon Booster Pack

When Jaxxon came out Tuesday I purchased an Episode Pass (the regular one, not the Plus.). I did the missions, activated, leveled, and promoted Jaxxon. After after all that I was sitting at 15/65 shards and 4*. I did the Jar Jar mission, figured out the cadence after missing so many times. (Reading is your friend.) I unlock Darth Jar Jar, leveled him and then tried him in some Coliseum attempts. Finally I purchased a 5 card Jaxxon Booster for 5999 crystals, and every pull was 7 shards so 5x7. I see the results and close it out. Go back to the game, I was using the desktop app I think at the time, and see I didn't actually get the 35 shards. I should have been at 50/65 (15+35) because I did lose the crystals. I close the game. Sign in again. Nothing. Restart the computer. Nothing. Switch to the mobile app. Still nothing. I filed a ticket with EA in game support and I haven't heard a thing since. Every day that goes by now costs me 5 shards. Furthermore if I don't get the shards I can't get Jaxxon to 5* and go for Jar Jar at 5*, so it costs me potential era currency as well. I don't know how long support generally takes but I did my part and used my crystals to get open the packs, but the open packs did not yield the promised reward. Is there anything else I can do to get this taken care of faster? I think 3 days is a pretty reasonable wait time. There was no user error, I just didn't get what I paid for and days that go by cost me to lose more and more here that I probably won't be compensated for. I appreciate any help I can get here at this point
