missing shards

good afternoon, i have come here because sending a bug report to ea a week ago has had zero progress and thus i have come here to resolve it,

1. recieved 11 shard IPD when it should be 30.

this has happened a couple times and this is just the one i screenshoted i would like the correct number of shards. and if possible shards for the past TB. 

2. quest not progressing, maybe is an error due to simming raid would like the quest to be complete.

    The top screenshot with the 30/50 is showing how many guild members attempted the mission. Only 11 of those players completed it though.

    Hi @gendai123 and sorry to hear that.

    As for the missing IPD shards from the special mission in the Territory Battle, do you still have that inbox message? If so, can you scroll down to the member list who completed the mission and provide us a screenshot? You now get only 1 shard per member who completed the mission, so if 11 members completed it, you are supposed to only receive 11 IPD shards from it.

    If you don't have that screenshot available, please provide us with your ally code, so we can investigate this further for you.

    As for the quest progression, you need to actually actively participate in the raid to progress there. Siming the raid does not progress the quest task. This is intended and not a bug.

    if you notice the top Screenshot says 30/50 have completed it. while the inbox of says 11/50. thus missing shards
