Missing Sith Eternal Ultimate Ability Token

I completed the Sith Eternal Emperor and did not receive my final Ultimate Ability token when I finished. Can you please send me the final one?

    The one missing ultimate ability material should be in your inbox in-game now.

    PS: You can always get in touch with our Customer Support for any missing items, rewards, purchases, etc. They should be able to help.

    @EA_HighCommand Can I have mine too? I've won 5 times and no progress on getting g my ultimate disk. I've spoke to I don't know how many, asking for it to be awarded, and refund of crystals but all do not reply. They Just ask the same questions. I feel like a dog chasing it's tail. They keep closing my request and not fixing it.

    I've been on this gl journey for nearly a year. It's my first gl. I've been playing this game for just over 3 years.

    Please help!
