Same with our guild many have not received rewards
I'll let you know what they say when they get back to me. I called support and a lady that barely speaks English told me to wait 24 hours because it's "not syncing" properly. I hope these guys will find a better solution.
- If you have access to a desktop computer, then there's also a "live chat" support. I prefer that to a phone call personally, plus it should help reduce any potential language barriers.
I'm up for which ever, can you give me a link to chat or a number to call?
