Game slow, glitches after update

After the last update the app is running super slow and some items glitch. Unable to purchase items. Im connect to wifi with full bars and the game downloaded the update. I tried uninstalling and it did nothing. I clear the cache and no change. This making the game darn near impossible to do anything
