Missing the red crates rewards from the last conquest

Summarize your bug I had already received the maximum loot in the last two conquests (hard mode) 90 shards + 20 shards via the conquest pass +. However, after completing the conquest today, I did not receive any reward. I am therefore missing the red crate from the completed conquest. Unfortunately, I can't provide a screenshot because I didn't expect not to receive the reward. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know if they can determine anything from the logs.
