Incorrect Conquest Rewards

Question

My Ally Code is 588-379-675 and I received the rewards for 627 keycards this conquest despite knowing I had achieved 630 keycards and red crate. I got red crate last conquest cycle and am certain I got it this time but I don't have a screenshot of the red crate from this conquest. This season's conquest rewards are still unclaimed in my inbox (see attachment) so it would be great if you could switch them out for the red crate rewards, thanks.

What more evidence would you require? I got red crate last conquest and I spent the last 5 days farming datacron materials because I'd already got the red crate this cycle. The incorrect rewards are still in my inbox unclaimed so I don't claim the wrong ones. I can see other people have had a similar issue and you've been able to fix their rewards.
