Missing Tier 2 Grand Moff Tarkin Capital ship shards

So when I did the tier 2 of the capital ship upgrades some time ago the game was starting to slow down and sometimes freeze during the tier so i restarted the game. Then when i went back into the game it said that i did complete the tier but when i went to look at the capital ship the shards rewards werent there so im stuck and cant continue the executrix to get the later rewards like the zetas in later tiers that uses the executrix.
