MISSION ASHOKA AND PURCCHASE ERROR
I have 2 problems at my account, the first isthe ashoka mission (2 stars) i already have it 7 star and i´ve opened at least 5 tickets about it without any solution.
The second problem is that i´ve bought the mandalorian pack with 90 fragment of each carather , but i didnt get it, they sent 2800 cristal and didnt answer any tickets about it, the problem is that the light speed that i bought cost much more than 2800 cristals, due to lack of time to open the charaters and algo the value without the discount to buy each carather.
This ea help doenst help any thing, the operators didnt even know any thing that we asked then and they never have a solution for any problem, they´re also doesnt respect us as customers (dont answer the chat, close requests without any answers).
