Mistakenly banned on Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes!? What can i do?

Dear Sirs,

I came back last friday from work, as always after a few rounds on Call of Duty Warzone I lunched Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes and i got the message that Im banned?!

After some research till yesterday Im really shocked. I believe this ban was in error as I have been playing for roughly 2 years and have never done anything bad to somebody and I never abuse or threatened another Player!!! I was playing in an Guild for long time and I never had problems with the other mates. I was searching and found it in the forum and EA Games Website, nothing shows up on my EA ban records as well....Could I please have someone look into this and let me know why my account was banned and reversed so that I can have access to my account again please!? As I played so long i never saved any Player Number of mine ... i remember 2 years ago that i connect Star Wars as I connect  Call od Duty Warzone with EA Games. I dont know my Player Number. Im just using the Mail Adresse what Im using now for the EA Forum. I hope its okay to post it here because i saw that one Man his Name is Lucifers Daddy is not online since long time ago. So i didnt know if this here is the correct category to post that in. I hope everything is alright and I can get my Account back! \

    Sorry for my late reply Sir i was working long todayand i had a Warzone Guild play today.

    Whats your allycode?

    - I cant login ... i dont know my ally code and I was never need it till now...and i dont know how to find out. I just have some screenshots of ingame but not of my Account.

    If you dont know that, what was your ingane name?

    - I changed it 1 time and i guess it was Filip or Filip88 or Filip1988 im using always this kind of Names for my Games.

    and the name of your guild?

    The name of the Guild was just something like this  ->    !?!?!?!?!?!?!? ?!?! ?!? ?!?! ?! ?!? !? ! ??! ?!

    The next Problem is that i got an E-Mail from EA GAMES saying this :

    But this Man Lucifers Daddy is not online since 2 years.

    How is this gonna get to an good result? Im so hopeless...2 years i was playing without any problem. I did not do anything wrong to nobody.

    If its helping i can show you my Call of Duty Warzone Account?

    @rmcibv7mb1sg your informations are not enought to find your account.

    Do you remember the Guild Leaders name?


    Or other Peoples names in this Guild?

    Honestly not ... not even 1 Name.

    The Guild have a rotation ... there was no need to talk we had our weekly normal raids and thats it.

    Communication was a little bit trough the chat but there was no need to ask for something and as im working i could spend just nearly 1 hour for the game.

    My main game is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Warzone and in Warzone i just remember 1 guild name is Skully thats it....as im very down 2 earth and hardly working im not expacting any loss of game information so i really never saving any kind of informations like that.

    Its not possible to find out my player number in SWGOH? This is not possible...

    @rmcibv7mb1sgwell you dont provide any clear information about wich account it is. So kot much we can look into. There are tons of peoples getting banned daily. Without having any kind of Information about your Account, there is nothing that can be done

    Also your CoD Account has nothing to do with your swgoh Account

    Good evening Sir,

    I dont really understand .... i gave you already my E-Mail Adresse how is it not possible to find my linked account?

    Im still trying to log in over my mail and still im getting the message that im banned ... why is it not possible to find me over my e-mail?

    And i told you my possible names "Filip" it must be Filip or something with Filip ... i got banned last week please check the banned people please....i can even tell you my Charackters i have even how they are equiped please help me i was playing for more then 2 years.

    I dont want to loose something without any reason. I beg you!
