Mk 3 Czerka Stun Cuffs Salvage

I have been trying to farm this for Eighth Brother. Every time I load into the game, it sets it back to zero. This is happening on iOS and on PC. I don’t know if this is happening for other materials too. Started within the last seven days, at least from what I’ve noticed.
