What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Returned to the game after many years, found mod battles still locked despite being max level and having multiple lvl 85 toons. Leveled up a toon from under 50 to over 50 just in case, no luck. Have access to the mod battles quests ("complete this specific mod battles") but unable to access the play mode. Never received the "unlock mod battles" quest.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ???
