Hi @Lugh_Abbadon and thank you for the report.

We've tested it today and the quest progressed correctly when a defense mod was obtained from a mod battle or the defense mod challenge, no matter if the battle was simed or not.

Could you do a clean reinstall of the game, please to ensure all game files are up-to-date and correct? Thank you!

Hi @jumpinfool and thank you for the ally-code.

Regarding the Tier IV challenges, or at least the Strength Tier IV challenge you need to be level 72 to unlock it. Might be the same for the Agility challenge, so all god there.

As for the Mod Collection quest Part 7 of 8, we've tested this with your account. Once we finished a Tier II Potency Mod challenge (we made the battle and did not SIM it), the mods acquired from the Tier III Potency challenge started to count correctly.

We flag this as a bug now.

I just re did tier 2 as a battle and simmed tier 3. This didn't count it, do they all have to be battles?

Hi @jumpinfool.

When we've tested it, we did the Tier 2 battle and Simed Tier 3, which then counted correctly, when we acquired a Potency mod from it.

Weirdly enough, we've tested it today again with your account, exactly the same way, and no progress was registered. We add this to the existing bug.

  Hello, having the same problem with part 5 tenacity collection. After beating tier 3 i simmed 1 and 2 and neither counted. 435335674

  I am having the same issue as stated in the OP. Defense mods aren't going towards the quest. Please help.

    @Hartreq It looks like this was flagged as a bug on another thread. They could potentially add you as another example.

    Until the bug gets fixed, I don't know if there's a workaround. Someone in this thread said that it started working once he got 3 stars in the Mod Challenge. Have you been able to achieve 3 stars? Otherwise, you may want to spend your energy on other things until the bug gets fixed.
    FYI, I believe the way the forums are reviewed, HighCommand and MindTricks don't get the same notifications from threads that are marked as "Solved" so they may not see your tags. There frequently is low or no interaction with them on threads that are already marked as "solved."
