money lost but no Episode pass
I have tried to buy the episode pass from the webstore around 10 times now, 5 of which have behaved as if they were working and money is now pending to be taken off my card yet i haven't recieved the episode pass, is their any way i can get my money back or at the bare minimum get the episode pass.

Checking your account, the last time I see a purchase of the Episode Pass was on March 10th. I see no record of anything this month.
