Have you tried restore purchases? I did an oops once, went to Web store then made in-app purchase. In-app purchase went through then was forced to reload taken money no pack clicked on restore purchases & boom degasa got pack.
Yeah tried that first of all but no luck. I contacted in game support who couldn’t do anything and told me to raise as a bug and here we are, they just seem to have stolen my money
