Monthly Login Renewal Quest Stuck

I have a renewal quest to collect monthly login rewards, which isn't being completed when I collect my rewards each day. This is locking me out of completing future quests that are locked behind the completion of this quest. Additionally, if there is some sort of login rewards at the beginning of each month, I won't be able to get them before the time period for the renewal quests expires. Looking for assistance getting past this quest so I can continue progressing towards the rest of the LSTs offered in this questline.
