I did also check other banned accounts (from the last 24h, posted there), and from what I see, a lot of them are in the 14/17M GP range - which makes me seriously wonder if SWGoH is doing this on purpose, expecting us to start over and spend another fortune on their game. For me, that is the final line.
I had just finished getting all GLs to Relic 10, and the new Maul to Relic 9 - with plans to push him to R10 as well. All of that progress, all of that investment - gone overnight with zero explanation.
This is more than just a slap in the face from the developers and EA. The complete lack of communication, the vague "repeat offenses" message with no details whatsoever, the auto-ban system with no transparency - it's total disrespect toward loyal, long-term players. If there are legit cheaters out there, fine - ban them. But explain WHY. Someone who has invested years and a significant amount of money into a massive account has absolutely no logical reason to cheat. The silence and the generic ban message are simply not acceptable.
I deeply regret the time and money I poured into this game. It was not worth it.
