My alt account linked to my primary account e-mail

I don’t know what happened but.. I can’t log into my main account. When I use the main account login, it takes me to my alt. I’ve invested heavily into my main account, would love to recover it, but.. so far I’ve been getting the run around from EA. I just want me account back.. literally the worst time to lose it, with 4th coming up
