Ridiculous bug has reset my account to level 1 but can still see all my characters and Galactic Power is 5.7mil. Now im missing out on TW rewards, GA Rewards because I cannot participate. Have tried deleting and redownloading the game, nothing. Have submitted a bug report. Best get some kind of reimbursement from this as I cant even use my guild currency to buy gear in shipments affecting my character farms, just as double drops rolls around as well. Sort this out asap Capital Games.

  • Having had the same issue I have looked through my characters and I have had a one reset it's gear to 0 and had it's mods deleted.  Another 2 of my characters were completely lost 7 star to completely uncollected, I.e. not activated and 0 shards...

2 days guys! The debt keeps rising. There are a few nodes I've been farming religiously over the past month to try to get toons to 7*. How will that be accounted for? Especially missing out on double shards? Cores? I will be majorly disappointed if cores are the response.  Will each of our accounts be looked over to see which raids we missed, and TW's? Will they honor that if we contact them later about missing out on those? I wish they would begin the conversation on how they plan to make all of this better to soothe my angst about it.

Ive now noticed its * this also gets resolved with the patch, they need to hurry it up now.

  • I'm learning that "we have a fix" apparently doesn't mean "we have a fix". Maybe say, "we think we have a solution but we're going to test it out for a bit before we say in such certain words "we have a fix"". I'm starting to believe that we're going to get another message soon that says, "We have a fix but our team is going to continue to mess around with it tonight so we'll be installing the fix in the morning."

@HAMBONE10000The longer this goes on the more compensation will be due to all affected, so its kinda on them to hurry it the hell up or they will risk losing players and money and we all know how much EA loves money.
