My Yoda only got 75 shards on the last round

I did the Yoda challenge To completion months ago he still only had 75/100 shards first I lose my account i had since 2018 to this, has this happened to anyone else.  My code is 749-697-988 if anyone can help but I doubt it and I'm a regular spender across 3 accounts
