Update: The issue got solved now.
If you have NOT been charged. Then go to settings -> Restore Purchases, then after 10-15 minutes it will show the packs. I believe this Restore Purchases button only shows on the mobile version of the game not PC client.
If you have been charged, then I can't give any help and you would need to wait for support.

Unfortunately this does not help, I tried it several times, but it does not show again, even after 2 days now and several attempts. I even had their support team look into it, and they said i have to make a forum post to get the forum team to look at it and get it solved.
Ah okay, yeah I don't think there's anything else we can do. I am in the same situation as you, but I have the issue where they gave crystals instead of the bundle. Hopefully you can get it fixed soon.
