Need Help Correcting Age on Account – Unable to Purchase
Hi there, I’m trying to support the game by buying bundles and packs, but my account has the wrong birthdate. It shows me as a teenager, when in fact I am an adult. I am actually much older than that.
Because of this mistake, I cannot make purchases. I have tried using the automated support system, but I cannot get through to a real person. I also submitted in-game requests and even uploaded a photo of my driver’s license, but I have not received any response.
I really just want to fix this so I can give your team the support it deserves. Please contact me so we can resolve this. I am happy to verify my age through any proper method.
