I purchased the Smuggler LSB (Galactic Bundle 19 in the iOS store) this afternoon, but I never received the bundle upon purchase. This LSB has now disappeared from my Store so I can't even interact with it anymore.
I was still charged for the LSB and have the order ID available. Nothing has come to my inbox in the ten hours and event refresh since.

I haven't been able to toggle anything else in-game by logging out, re-installing, etc. I would much prefer not to reverse the transaction, I want this bundle very much.
I need help as soon as possible. My card was charged over 72 hours ago and I have received no acknowledgement of the issue from EA/CG thus far. The only indication other than my bank statement is that the Smuggler LSB is still removed from my store following the purchase. What is going on? Please assist
