How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug Since the update that changed the load screen, every other time I try to load the game, I get the new player intro. If I close the app and reload, it works mostly fine, there is some lag that wasn't there before, except that I don't get the in-game chat.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. I've been on three chats with help. They finally told me to post here.

    @TheAlmightyDezus Hey, thanks for the report. We've recently had an update for underage accounts. From what you described, your account might be underage and that's why you're seeing this weirdness in game.
    To check if you selected the correct date of birth on the account, you can create a help ticket from in game and our customer support team can assist you with this.

  • When I first set-up my account, I accidentally sett it as an underage account. When I changed phones a year or two ago, I fixed it. I've had no problem with the in-game chat until this update. Even when I did have an underaged account, I didn't have to load the game twice every time. As I stated, every other time I log in, I get the new player intro. I have to close the app and reload it to access my account and play the game. 

    It looks like I have two issues. I'll follow up on the in-game chat through the link you provided. Thank you. That still leaves the bigger issue of having to log-in twice EVERY TIME I try to access the app. I've done all the troubleshooting steps and everything suggested through the help chats.
