@hunchew We tried the event with several accounts today using the same line up you described and didn't encounter any issues up to the Mythic tier. Are you trying the Challenge tiers? Because those are way more difficult.
Also, is it possible you had other mods on your Nightsisters the last time you tried it?

This is happening to me 100% so far. No deaths till round 4 AOE. All is wiped and no revives. I even still have protection on all nightsisters, except Zombie, when entering that round. This is on the Mythic teir. Can't get pass Sidious's first move. (AOE)
