Unable to sign in on new device

Hello everyone, 

My phone broke and I have tried everything to sign in on my account on a tablet. No matter what I do now will work. I have uninstalled the app. Tried to sign in theou ea account as well as sign into my play store. Nothing will work can someone help me.
