    @Auzor_Auzor You're located in Belgium. We removed the free mystery chest in the SWGoH webstore for Belgium players to align with the law/regulation related to loot boxes.
    The bronzium pack is the only exception.

Since 2 days i have not been able to get the free daily gift from the webstore. Even though every day I log in and check both on phone and on computer. The gift just doesn’t show up in my webstore.

Could it be that my store is bugged? Would love a fix as this month is pretty usefull when it comes to the free gift..

I have already tried deleting all browser history and caches. But nothing seems to help. I fear it is an account based issue. 

Can tech support check it out?

    If this is the case then it shouldn’t have been implemented as these cases are free and do not apply to the belgian gambling law. It gives us belgian players a clear disadvantage compared to everyone else..

      Careful - last time I pointed out something similar (different country) they banned my post and told me that if I continued with my "threatening" messages, I could be banned from the forums.
