No GL Hondo tier VII era battle

I finally received a response about this from customer support.

Want very satisfying but it was an answer....

Unable to access tier 7 of Raiders of the Outer Rim, even though I have a R9 Pirate King Hondo Ohnaka.

Same issue for me.  Tier VII is locked, and I have R9 PKHO.  Ally Code: 937-793-438

I have the same problem, done tier 6, got GL Hondo at Relic 9 and it is locked. Reporter it, they must do something. Ally code 244-488-461. Reinstalled ect. and nothing helped
