No journey quests

Since the update, in my Quests, I only have daily quests. I know the episode track is set to open layer today, but I've seen other players have daily and journey quests, the latter of which is missing for me. Am I missing something?

    yes, will apply to the majority of older accounts.

    The Journey Quest updates were shared HERE. However, the section will not appear if you have no open quests.

    Does this mean there aren't any available as I have completed them all? (Having reached level 85 a long time ago)
