No pop up for me been waiting hours

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPad
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPad Pro

Regarding the 75k free credits pop-up, the team is currently looking into this.

Hi @Eiskallt and thank you for your report.

I am not sure which pop-up you mean, but I assume you are referring to the daily login reward (correct me if I am wrong please).

To claim your daily login reward, you can always tap on the mail icon on the left (Inbox) and there is a tab "Daily Login Rewards" where you can claim your daily login rewards manually.

Let me know if that solves your issue.

No you need to be able to get information correct this is sad because it’s a serious problem because I have missed out on the rewards they were giving us yesterday from the question and answers as I still don’t know how you are not aware of this problem because it’s a very serious problem to not get what the developers gave out for free and I never got it this means that there are still big problems with the game

I don't think I got mine, the message in the inbox said was dismiss. There wasn't an option to claim reward. I did hit dismiss, not picture to prove it. 75K in credits missed isn't a huge deal, but not sure what the new pop up Q&A is all about.

Hi @taxingpear94. No worries, the message in your inbox actually did not contain the credits itself. Those should have been added automatically as soon as you tapped on the pop-up.
