No response on the lightspeed bundles
Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that a lot of players who purchased the Lightspeed bundles from the web store were charged but didn’t receive their characters in game. I haven’t seen anyone mention that this issue has actually been resolved for them yet. For me this has already been going on for more than a week. I have tried the forums, the ingame help button and EA itself. No response whatsoever.
So, EA_HighCommand and EA_Gunner ,
Could you please let us know whether this issue is currently being worked on, or if we should be contacting another support channel? I purchased three Lightspeed bundles and only received one of them. This has been extremely frustrating for me and many other players experiencing the same problem.
I’ve attached my order information as well as the error message the web store showed me whenever I tried to click on a bundle I had already purchased.

Any update or guidance on how to either receive the characters or get a refund would be greatly appreciated. I would at least expect a response back.
