No rewards for journey guide

I just completed tier 5 of the c-3po event, but when I finished the battle (after winning) the game froze and restarted. The battle now shows up as completed but I haven’t received the c-3po shards for completing it - it still says I only have 100 shards for him, even though I now should have 145. I completed the battle again and received no rewards as the game thinks it has given me those shards when it hasn’t, so now I have no way of getting those shards I rightfully earned. Is there anything I can do? As the photo attached shows, I have completed the first 5 tiers of the event but only have 100 c3po shards.
