No rewards for past 3 TWs. Customer support kicked me here.

The first time, I thought maybe I hadn't been paying attention, but after participating in a good, successful TW I never got any rewards in my inbox. (Previous TWs have gone just fine.)

After the first TW this week, I got nothing. Zip. Nada.  I contacted customer support, they gave me 200 crystals and said to stay tuned because the rewards would probably arrive eventually (riiiiiiiight) and to keep them posted.

The review period ended today for the most recent TW. I'm still participating. I should be getting some zeta mats.  But nope, nothing. I sent an email back to customer support, and they said they're feeling done with this ticket, so post here and stop bothering them.  So....here I am.  Anyone else experiencing this from TW?
