No shards from Scorch event

Finished Tier1 of Executing Orders IV event. Got error message, and no shards of Scorch. Waited one day for attempt reset, and still no shards. Day after is the same. Tier1 is completed, 0/330 shards of Scorch on stock. I would grind already next tiers, but cannot even start because of Tier1 fault. Please help. Ally code 763-517-275
