Not able to log in

I have also had this problem. It happened last year, have Uninstaller and reinstalled the game by itself, and also did that when I cleared the cache of the game from my phone as directed by support. I also took the linked account off of my Google account as directed by support and re added it to my Google account, Uninstaller and reinstalled, nothing. Support told me that there was nothing to do. I reached out to the support in game, never heard back. I have my player ID and ally code for my proper account, but I have yet to get any help either.
