Not getting what I paid for

I have purchased thr lightspeed bundle for CP30 from journey guide, it given me crystals so I refunded. I want to make the purchase again but if I get the wrong items again will I be banned for refunding?.

This is another issue CG_Meathead that should be addressed, please? Why are so many community members getting crystals instead of purchases then being locked out from getting what they purchased? Why does EA Support not seem to know this is happening and send players to the forums instead of actually helping or fixing the issue as customer support is supposed to do? Some communication between the devs and the community may actually help with the trust issues players are actually feeling towards future purchases.
