Not received R2-D2 LSB

I've purchased R2-D2 Lightspeed Bundle, received receipt on the e-mail but some error occured while claiming the pack and I've got 2800 crystals instead. The pack itself is purchasable again in the store and I don't have proper characters upgraded.
